PAID TIME OFF
Solid State Stamping understands the need for time away from work to spend with family and friends. Our employees enjoy eight paid holidays per year and a vacation accrual based on years of service. All full-time regular employees accrue vacation leave on a weekly basis, equal to ten days per year. After four years, the accrual is increased to fifteen days per year!

INCOME PROTECTION
Everyone is at risk for illness or injury, often affecting their ability to work. Through sick leave, workers compensation, and long-term disability plans, employees can maintain a stable income level while recovering from illness or injury. Sick leave hours are granted at the rate of six days (forty-eight hours) per year.

LIFE INSURANCE & ACCIDENTAL DEATH and DISMEMBERMENT
Company paid policies provide employees the security they need to ensure that family members are protected in case of the loss of a financial provider. Additionally, employees have the option to purchase dependent coverage at group rates.

DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN
Employees may choose from three dental insurance options, including a traditional indemnity policy providing employees with the freedom of choice in selecting dental providers.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Solid State Stamping provides confidential alcohol and drug abuse recovery programs through a contracted provider. Additional professional services are also available.

SAVINGS & RETIREMENT PLAN
Solid State Stamping Profits Plus Plan is a 401(k) plan in which employees' contributions are matched by the company. To further encourage participation, the company may elect to make an annual discretionary contribution to each employees retirement savings.
