Solid State Stamping

Round Pin Terminals on Bandolier: Round pin terminals are used for a variety of header connector designs. Parts are available in sizes from 0.014 in. diameter round to 0.080 in. diameter round. Round pins are available bare or with a variety of plating options such as gold, tin, tin/lead, palladium, or silver. The bandolier design and spacing between the pins (progression) can be customer specified.

Round Pin Terminal Configurations: Round pin terminals can be provided straight or with bends, and either on a continuous bandolier or loose. The 0.0615 in. round pins shown in the picture are provided loose with a 90-degree bend.

Machined Tip: Many of the round pins have high precision machined tips with a bullet nose shape. Machined tip round pins can also have machined tips with a full radius tip. Solid State Stamping manufactures the highest quality machined-tip pins in the world.
