1.0mm Round Male Wire Terminal: Solid State Stamping's upset technology
is used in its male wire terminals to develop a locking collar midway on the
1.0mm round terminal. The locking collar on the pins has a perpendicular locking
surface with outstanding retention and strength.
Nailhead Pin Terminal on Bandolier: Nailhead pin terminals are used
in header connectors for wire bonding applications. The head of the pins is
manufactured with a very smooth surface for wire-bonding. These pins are excellent
for hybrid controller applications with wire-bond connection to the hybrid
control board.
Nailhead Pin Configurations: Nailhead pin terminals can be made with round
or square contact ends with sizes ranging from 0.64mm to 1.70mm (or larger
if desired). Nailhead
pins can also be manufactured to provide a contact end that is a blade-style
contact such as the 1.5mm x 0.64mm terminal end shown here. Nailhead
pin terminals can be provided with a variety of post-plating options.
