The Supplier Quality Development Program is a three step approach to Supplier Quality Improvement.

 The First Section includes Supplier Qualification.  A Supplier Assessment is used to establish a Baseline Quality System for each supplier or subcontractor.  This is performed to establish an acceptable supplier quality baseline, followed by routine re-audits to ensure the quality system is maintained.  It will also establish known and approved 2^nd tier suppliers when required.

 The Second Section includes regular Supplier Performance Measurements to monitor current progress of our suppliers and subcontractors.

The Third Section focuses on a Continuous Improvement Plan to promote and track year to year continuous improvement benefiting both the supplier and Solid State Stamping.
